About: Phil is a member of the Environmental Department at Frost Brown Todd LLC. He represents business and industry in all aspects of environmental, health and safety, and toxic tort issues.
About: Weber spends most of his professional time practicing in the firm’s Litigation and Professional Responsibility areas. He joined Kegler Brown in 1992 after clerking for the firm as a law school summer associate in 1991.
