I am very thankful for all the help that I received from Zachary's office. They made a very difficult time in my life a lot easier and helped me and my children move on to the next chapter in our lives. I appreciate I'm going above and beyond every step of the way!
I used Zach and his team, at Roscich & Martel Law Firm, LLC, to handle the closing of my home and then the purchase of my new one. It was done without any problems. Great communication and done in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome and would definitley use his services again!
My wife and I used Roscich & Martel for our first house purchase. The process was extremely easy and stress-free thanks to Zach and his team, not to mention very reasonably priced. Zach's attention to detail, loyalty to his clients and dedication to the community are unlike any other attorney I've met. I highly recommend Zach as an attorney.
Zachery Martel was hired to handle my divorce in 2012. I was located out of state and my divorce was very difficult for me both logistically as well as emotionally. Zach was there for me and handled my case with extreme professionalism and compassion. Helped me keep costs down while still achieving an outcome that was beneficial to me. I would recommend Zachery Martel and his law firm to anyone looking for an experienced and caring attorney who will work go the extra step in helping you navigate the complex justice system and achieved your desired goal.
I retained Zach Martel to handle my divorce case. Although my case was very complex, he did a great job keeping the costs down as much as possible. I was well informed throughout the process and happy with final settlement. During the divorce, Zach proved knowledgeable with business matters. I still use Zach's services to work through various business transactions. Zach is a very trustworthy attorney and I highly recommend consulting with him.
From the start Zach tried to use a boiler plate form that was from an another divorce case and was filled with errors. I spent several hours of my time correcting the document and then got charged for his mistakes. He also charged me differently for an in person visit than a phone call or email correspondence. I had a mediation with him and again there were mistakes in the agreement that I had to correct. He said my divorce would be straight forward and it still cost me a lot with just meeting with him two times. There was one mistake that he omitted in the divorce decree that is now costing me $30k. I have tried to contact his office now three times about this matter and he has not called back. A lawyer is supposed to be consultative and I felt he didn't bring any experience or offer alternatives to my case as it wasn't a big dollar value for his firm.
