Eight years ago during a difficult time in my life.I made a bad decision which resulted in me pleaing guilty to 2 Misdemeanour Charges.Recently I was unfairly charged with a crime and because of those other charges from years ago it would make this recent charge a Felony charge if convicted.I was innocent and refused to plead guilty and wanted to go to trial.I started out w/a lawyer who took my case.
