Ms Williams helped us cut through all the red tape. We had a tough situation and she came up with a great game plan.
She is very professional, compassionate and helpful at all times. I'm very thankful the Lord place her in my life to resolve my immigration issue. God bless you Ysabel
In 2013 I needed an immigration attorney, so that I could bring my Fiance here on a Fiance Visa. The Monroe Bar Association suggested I consult with Ysabel Williams. Our first meeting was friendly and comfortable. Ysabel was available through the daunting process of Visa approvals. Ysabel or her wonderful assistant Teresa answered every phone call and email, sometimes even after hours or on weekends. I am happy to say that my Fiance and I were married in 2015. I feel this would not have been possible without the legal guidance and patience of Ysabel Williams. The visa process takes time and Ysabel was there for me every step on the journey. I thank her and would recommend her to anyone who has immigration issues.
Honestly hands down Mrs Williams is the best lawyer in the poconos! Gets your case up and running and is determined to win it! Knows what she's doing and handles her cases in a professionally manner. I will definitely recommend her services, any immigration issues you may have you can trust her ! Thank you for all your help Mrs Williams.

I retained Ysabel Williams as an Immigration Lawyer and I only wished I had med her sooner. She made my experience of becoming s U.S. Citizen a stress-free experience. My previous attempts to become naturalized proved futile, so hiring her proved to be worth every penny. Anyone considering becoming a U.S. Citizen (or for any other immigration services) should look no further.
I hired her for my immigration case after 10 years and 3 other lawyers messed it up. She took my case all the way to the federal court and got a deal with the lawyer for the government in Washington. Now me, my wife and my 2 sons are getting our greencards. she gave me a payment plan and was understanding when I was late making a payment or 2. I also sent her friends and she did good by them. A couple of my friends that were really desperate and really broke told me she told hem where to go to get free help. She did the work herself for free for 1 of them. She does nice things quietly. For criminal and immigration law, she is awesome.
Ysabel is really nice and know a lot about immigration. She normally responds the same day but there have been a few times it took a couple days to hear back from her. Overall I would recommend her because she is very informative and up to date on her information and cares about her clients.
We were recommended to her , madr the appt for consult and had previously told them about our case and that we were given multiple no’s , she charged $100 anyways and did refund the fee even after giving us a no and not taling the cAse . During a pandemic , with 3 children only working half the time , $100 is a $100 i could feed my kids . If you wont take the case then why charge ? Other laywers atleast have a heart to not charge . But i guess she needs it more then we do .
My experience was not positive, possibly because mine was a traffic issue and not an immigration issue. As a resident of Upstate New York, I received a traffic ticket in Pennsylvania and was recommended Ms. Williams by the Pennsylvania Bar Association through my personal lawyer in New York. I consulted her about clarification of my traffic ticket. She appeared knowledgeable about the legal aspects, but had told me not to proceed to enter a plea for the ticket until she gave her opinion on what to do. Though she was aware of my deadline to submit my plea to the court, she did not follow up with me adequately to the point that she missed my deadline. When I called her to let her know the deadline was missed, she ended up telling me that ,"Basically, I am doing you a favor because I cannot bill you for this. If you have nothing else to talk to me about, I need to finish my work so I can go home." I was somewhat appalled, since I am a physician and am not used to taking care of people in this manner. Luckily, it was a minor traffic issue, so I was able to call the police station and sort things out on my own.
