Yitz Magence joined Gilmartin, Magence LLP as a partner in February of 2000 and manages our Newton office. Mr. Magence is a 1981 graduate of Washington University School of Law. Mr. Magence concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law and secured transactions. Mr. Magence has been a guest lecturer for the title insurance industry, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is a contributing author of its volume entitled How to Handle a Residential Real Estate Closing
