Great experience hiring Xavier for representation on two related misdemeanor cases. Xavier was prompt on all occasions and clearly explained each step of the process in detail - including all possible outcomes. Highly professional conduct overall. In addition, result of process was an extremely desirable outcome. Can not recommend enough, would hire again without any hesitation.

I felt I could handle my divorce myself and didn't want to hire an attorney. As things moved forward I found myself way outside my comfort zone and decided to hire an attorney. When I interviewed Xavier, I wanted an attorney that shared my beliefs and approach to the divorce. So I asked him questions to see how he would handle my case. His answers were spot on. Xavier showed care and concern for me personally, and had a ton of previous experience to draw from. He went to bat for me. We ended up settling in Mediation, avoiding a long and potentially expensive trial. Xavier fought hard for the important topics and for every last dollar, even down to the last moments of the mediation. I can honestly say he saved me thousands of dollars. He is worth his weight in gold. I highly recommend Xavier to help you through your process.

Xavier was great to work with and we’re so glad we found him. He helped us through a difficult situation in our family and worked very hard to make our lives easier. We’re relieved by the outcome and highly recommend him.

Xavier went above and beyond to ensure we reached the best possible outcome. The end result exceeded our expectations significantly. He brought to light many factors we oversaw which paid back dividends. He has our highest recommendation.

To whom it may concern: Obviously when it comes down to legal matters we should all be concerned as to whom we are represented by, there may be nothing as important. I myself have had some of the best legal council this state has to offer, coincidentally John B Lewis has represented me in the past and is now head and Honored Judge of our Washington Co. located in Hillsboro Or. The reason i mention this is to establish my personal guage of quality , as i have no education on what academics is necessary to become or be an outstanding attorney, i will recommend Xavier Campos highly ,in my opinion and as proven by his record : bluntly this man is ready for a fight - without a doubt, covering every base - i was extremely privilege to be represented by Xavier , he served me very well and i got exactly what i asked for with no hesitation. If i need an attorney i would definitely choose to be represented by Xavier in the future . Be excited to see this man in action , he is a heavyweight in his field .. Matthew S. Davis / US citizen / Sunriver Or.

I worked with Xavier during my divorce case and couldn't be more happy with my choice. Communications were very timely and thorough and I felt that my case was given the attention it needed to see it through with the best possible outcome. I always felt that I was in good hands. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the firm, including my attorney, Xavier, was always very professional, respectful and responsive. If I had it to do all over again however, I’d select different representation, but not necessarily a different firm. In the end, I got the outcome I was after, but my attorney can take little if any credit for anything besides paperwork and invoicing me for his time. I did it myself. I feel that Xavier was inexperienced and timid. At no point throughout the process did I sense that he had taken ownership of my case, nor was he fighting for myself or my children. My family was suffering from habitual drug, alcohol and absentee issues at the hands of my spouse, which were going to result in me being a single parent, regardless of any court proceedings. My goal was simply to protect my children’s safety and lessen the financial devastation that my spouse was attempting to impose on us while exiting the family home. Mediation was an expensive failure, where the opposing attorney went for my jugular for over 12-hours, while Xavier casually maneuvered towards a 50/50-split from start to finish, offering little if any guidance specific to my family’s situation. I felt Xavier was more concerned with the mediator’s perception of him as an attorney, than he was in a beneficial outcome for me. Frustrated with my lack of representation, I finally put an end to the lopsided mediation and resolved myself to self-directed negotiations with my spouse or a battle in court with different legal counsel. I feel that Xavier failed to set expectations and presented more lastminute hurdles and roadblocks than strategies and solutions. Had I felt a 50/50-split was in the best interest of mine and my children’s future, I would have foregone the attorney retainer and mediation fees, rolled-up into the fetal position and allowed my spouse to gut the family on the way to the next episode of debauchery. When I asked Xavier why individuals bother to hire representation if the outcome is always 50/50, his response was that otherwise, the opposing attorney would “eat my lunch”. From my perspective, Xavier did little more than set the table and encourage my spouse and attorney to sit down and partake. As the saying goes, I can do poorly all on my own. Had I not held my ground and structured my own deal, which allowed my spouse to avoid the cost and embarrassment of past transgressions being aired before a court, the outcome would have been markedly different and financially disastrous for the kids and me. My advice, if faced with a contentious divorce and finances, hire an experienced pit-bull, not a meek, indifferent, paper-pusher. The cost may be the same, but the results could be night-and-day different. I believe Xavier may have a future in family law, but he’ll first need to learn true client advocacy and how to lace-up the gloves and throw punches.
