Win did good work for me in a litigation matter, delivering the desired results at a fair price. He was consistently available and helpful. An excellent choice when you do not need the resources--or cost--of a large firm.

Mr. Todd misrepresented his experience to me during our initial meeting. After several months of stringing me along (and charging his hourly rate), he finally submitted a paragraph from the WA Admin. Code (WAC) that he had copied verbatim, for which he charged $2,500. After several months of no productivity and no results, I informed him that I had found another attorney. A short time later, Mr. Todd produced his final bill, which was in excess of $8,000 -- 90% of which was for "research." No work other than copying the WAC was ever completed. The full amount I paid him over the course of four months was more than $15,000. It’s difficult to recover from a setback like this, emotionally, legally, and (clearly) financially. Find a better attorney than this one. Fortunately, there are many.
