I hired Mr. Marble to handle a custody case involving my 3 children. I was wanting more time with my kids and he took my case without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable of the laws governing custody and handle himself professionally at all times. He had a great sense of humor, down to earth, which made the whole process easier. He kept me informed and was always punctual. He handled all the paperwork so there was little I had to do. Mr. Marble is a man who keeps him word and in the end I got the extra time I needed with my children and then some. I have Wilton Marble to thank. I would recommend him highly.
Wilton Marble guided me through the legal process to obtain custody or visitation with my grandson. After I filed a petition for custody, I felt that I definitely needed legal counsel. Mr. Marble advised me to have CASA investigate the homes of mother, father, and myself. He advised me how difficult in Tennessee it would be to gain custody without adequate proof. Mr. Marble led me to make a more informed and confident decision in how to approach the case. I had maintained and provided documentation on the parents for the case to Mr. Marble and he was able to use his expertise and knowledge of the law to win visitation with my grandson. He was able to prove that I had a long, loving, and substantial relationship with this child. This was my last chance to help this wonderful little boy. There should be more attorneys willing to step forward for the love and rights of a child. Thank you. I am truly impressed with your work ethic, knowledge and professionalism.
We found at age 67 a situation that had left us in shock and sorrow. Both my husband and myself were served restraining orders which needed to be acted upon in less then a week. We, as a lot of folks these days did not have the means or ability to handle this by ourselves. We began our search calling attorney after attorney with no success. We were either told that the time frame was too short for them to get involved or the cost was so high there was no way that we could afford our own defense. It was not long that we determined that there was no chance for us and that we would move forward knowing the inevitable failure that we would have. Within just two days before the hearing we were given Attorney Wil Marble's phone number. He contacted us immediately listening to our story with great concern and support. He agreed to help without hesitation. While in court he argued a good defense and was successful in what he attempted to do. Without him the outcome for us would not have been good. Though I hope that we will never need the support of an attorney again, we know that we could and would turn to Mr. Marble. By doing so we would have the strength of not only a good attorney but the caring of a fine man. Both my husband and myself would recommend Mr. Marble without hesitation for any type of case.
Wilton Marble was court-appointed to represent my son in a DCS matter. My son is currently in rehab, so much of the contact made with my son was through me. Wilton Marble was thorough, prepared on all levels, and very capable and qualified in his representation. His conduct in the courtroom and out is always professional and helpful, he has even contacted me on Sundays and during his vacation to make sure we were up to speed on what was going on with my son's case. I would refer Wilton Marble to anyone who needed a respectful attorney who is able to think on his feet and well versed in the law.
Wilton was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely well schooled and knows the Tennessee Laws well. He handled my estate questions fast and was a breeze going through the probate process.
