Dealing with a DWI for the 1st time was the worst time ever! I love these guys, they actually got me a dismissal, as I am in nursing school and they really cared about what and how I was doing. They get things done quick and know their business.
I never thought I would need a lawyer, so I wasnervous & frightened by the whole incident. Mr. Bill Hines made me feel at ease with his confident knowledge and experience. He
Bill Hines is the lawyer you pray to have when life moves on you due to a poor decision or unfortunate circumstance. He fought consistently for my future for over two years and the result was the best possible outcome. He stayed honest with me throughout the process and I feel that I was blessed to have his influence in my life.
When you get Bill to work your case everything seems so simple and easy; yet somehow all other lawyers that I hired or interviewed made my case look like the end of the world or a whole labyrinth, even when it was my first arrest ever and my case was misdemeanor where the only evidence was made up quite open by the law which states that in domestic violence on women there doesn't need to be a any proof whatsoever to press charges against a man. He still managed to get the government monkeys off my back, got my case dismissed in the first meeting with the DA and nothing distracted me from dealing with my usual problems in life. I was a bit mistrusting of him at first with so many 5 star review elsewhere, it looked like all arranged, but they were right. the only complain I have is rather minor, his assistants are stuffy and not very kind. They can't even say "thank you". I guess it's their being Hispanic (I know because I am Hispanic too), but the main assistant (Dianne) was an angel.
Bill was very fair and up front with what would happen and how he could help. My family had never been dealt with the trouble my son had gotten into and everyone at the office was very understanding.
