I first met Will in 1987 when he was recommended to me and a contingent of officers after I asked the Executive Director of the National Association of Police Organizations who the best police labor attorney was. With no hesitation, the gentleman told us "Will Aitchison." We arranged a meeting, and after a short introductory meeting, a trip was arranged in which Will made a presntation to our Executive Board.
