I hired Bill for a workers comp case and had no choice but to fire him. He wouldn't call back for weeks. I needed a surgery and instead of trying to fight for it, he told me "pay for it with your primary insurance and let the two companies hash it out." Other attorneys I asked said that should only be done in extreme situations. He had my case for 4 months, and in that time nothing happened. My TTD was erratic on when it came, and he never called the InsComp. about it. I finally said I'm done and switched over to Marc Stookal, which prompted my mom to as well. Then a few weeks of no calls to my dad, my dad gave him a call to see what's going on. He received a certified letter in the mail from Bill, firing my father as his client because I and my mother had left.
