My honest opinion of services rendered by Bill Stewart: he put very little effort into educating himself on the background of my case and had to be prompted by me through two different hearings in court, he couldn't be bothered to return my calls, made me feel like I was an idiot for asking him legitimate questions concerning family law, and subpoenaed my two witnesses 2 days before trial (one a business owner and the other a family therapist) with not even bothering to call either one to interview or to give them a heads-up they would be appearing on my behalf. Overall I feel like he charged me thousands of dollars for work he didn't do, but should have. I would not recommend him to anyone, but especially those dealing with family matters.
