My greatest satisfaction in practicing law comes from knowing that I've helped people solve their legal problems. That could mean planning a client's estate with care so that he or she knows that things will go smoothly when the inevitable happens. In other cases it means obtaining my client's rightful share from the estate of a loved one, or helping manage that estate in an a careful and efficient way. In all cases it includes being available for the client on the phone, by email or in the office for a consultation, and taking the time to explain what I'm doing and what the options are. Also, I'd like you to know that In each of my forty years of pracitce I've become more convinced that treating not only clients, but also other lawyers and the many other people I deal with in a respectful way, while still being hard-nosed about enforcing my client's rights, gets the best results.

My father's estate has been well taken care of, and it involved sale of property and dealing with beneficiaries through Mr. Simon. He's gone above and beyond in explaining and executing everything. He's answered every question immediately, and taken care of everything. Immediately. He and his staff has made it possible to do almost all of it with email, which saves time.
