I was fortunate to have found Mr. William Peacock, I appreciate his honesty, kindness and his dedication to his client. I hired Mr. Peacock to handle the QUDRO, he is very easy to talk to, he returned all my calls and answered all my questions and got the job done.
I am not even his client yet but he was very kind and easy to talk to when I contacted him regarding QDRO questions and some estate matters. I have talked to several attorneys but he was one of the best to answer my questions.
After consulting Mr. Peacock on a complex matter, we agreed a law suit would not be necessary. I appreciated his willingness to research my case, his thoroughness, and his honesty.
In the past several years, I have had to ask several times for advice from Mr. Peacock on many different legal matters of mine. On all of those occasions, He has consistently given me prompt, clear, concise and well thought out legal advice which has served me well. The Bottom Line is that I frankly think that the money spent on his retainer was money extremely well spent.
Me and a business partner working at a car dealership had questions regarding business practices inside our company. WIlliam was able to clarify to us the legal processes and possible repercussion of past practices. We work in the car industry which even today has some rather relaxed rules and regulations regarding good practices. It was good to have him review said practices to avoid legal trouble down the line. He was quick and responsive to our questions and seemed to genuinely care for his customers. I would strongly recommend him for his quick turn around time and great and professional follow up.
I was helped with a red light ticket that I received. It was an intersection in an area where I would see flashes sometimes for no apparent reason. The day I was driving my girlfriend's car so the ticket was sent to her. The incident was maybe 2 weeks prior, to my recollection, I know I did not ran a red light but I do remember going through on yellow. However, this was not a matter if I ran a red or not. I researched on red light tickets and called Mr. Peacock and he told me the same. That red light cameras are a grey area in having to pay the fee or even admitting to the guilt. And it so happens that since I was the driver of the car, not my girlfriend, there was a definite gender mismatch. He reassured me there would be a high chance that the ticket would be dismissed. I allowed him to handle the case. A few calls to the court (as the court was too busy to pick up) and using the language that lawyers use had my ticket dismissed within a few weeks. It only took that long because of the back and forth with the people who handle those claims. He kept me updated to how things were proceeding and let me know whenever he heard back from them. Lastly, he gave the good news to me in person ! I was glad for his help in this matter! And of course I could do without the $500 ticket!
Will sell you out to anyone!!!!! Low self esteem and bad hygiene!!! Rip you off$$$!!
