Why I will never forget? I will never forget that after my mother passed, I went through a lot, still going through a lot, when it comes to Estates and Special Proceedings. At one moment, I felt the pressure and sought out legal advice. Unfortunately, I had asked Attorney William Bill “Billy” Morgan for this advice. I needed an attorney for an upcoming court date where I paid him to represent me. Little did I know or understand that this meant paying him no matter what type of quality of service that was going to be provided or if any was going to be provided at all. This attorney did not agree with my approach to the case and fired me as a client and did not show up to my court date. He emailed the Court,   If my client “....were to voice any objections or complaints about my decision not to represent her, that would be a matter between her and me and you need not be concerned.  I explained that to her in my transmission to her.” Attorney Morgan kept approximately 80% of the money that I had paid him and basically said he gave me back 20%, which was doing me a favor.
