About

After 15 years of full-time law practice in Center City, I joined the faculty at Saint Joseph's University.  I taught business law in the Dept of Management, Haub School of Business.  Throughout, I maintained my law practice, especially writing Wills, handling estates and consulting for nonprofits and small businesses.  I am now a Professor Emeritus, and I remain active in the practice of law.
