Ms Alderton represented my children fairly and professionally. She can't side with both parents but she represented the best interests of my children.

I wasn't completely sure how to interpret Danita during the divorce process and I didn't totally agree with the outcome she presented to the judge, but as I look back (it's been about 3 years) I realize I didn't present her with as much information as I should have. She did a great job of trying to defuse the tension between me and my ex. That tension is so hard on kids. I have also seen that it is true that no matter how much of a loser or monster the other parent happens to be, their kids still love them. I appreciate her to this day for having that foresight. My ex is still unreliable and that does hurt the kids, but that is not Danita's fault. The anger you feel during a custody battle does soften over time.

Danita did a great job getting to know my kids and listening to what they wanted. She even met with their teachers. I didn't always like what she had to say but looking back it wasn't her job to make me happy, it was her job to make sure my kids got what was best for them. She did a great job.

I hired her for a case and she did not do her job. She took what she knew of the case and went with that. Even with supporting evidence, she still had a bias opinion in the matter. She doesn’t have best interest of the kids in mind. Do not give her your hard earned money.

Ms. Alderton was the CLR assigned to my granddaughter's case. She was biased towards the father and did not perform her due-diligence. Concern was expressed about the father and it was not even looked into. She even expressed to our attorney that she was "fed up" with the case. She was unprofessional in her recommendations, behavior, performance and was not truly looking out for the child's best interest. I would recommend she is avoided at ALL COSTS.

Danita was a CLR for my child and for the money I paid for her she did not look into anything for my child. She bases her decisions on a bias. When the hearing was set she was unprofessional as they came, she was texting throughout the entire hearing and laughed in my face aswell as my families when she left the court room.To say that she has the best interest for your child is incorrect and for any judge to seek her opinion is wrong. She did not ask questions about anything in my custody battle and did not look into my concerns she took the fathers word.If you are looking for a lawyer to put in work for your child as if it was her own I do not suggest Danita.
