I work in the areas of Professional License Defense for medical practitioners (Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Metal Health Counselors).  I also maintain a general business practice serving small to medium size businesses.  I specialize in working with businesses that are "breaking the mold" and creating solutions to protect such innovative entrepreneurs and enable them to grow their businesses.  I also practice estate planning and charitable gift planning and execution.  I have worked with many local organizations and individuals to execute and deliver gifts ranging from $50,000 to many millions of dollars.
