Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering as well as computer science, Will is an adept Intellectual Property attorney and can assist in all aspects of patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and defense, as well as advising owners of trade secrets. Will’s international Intellectual Property services are proudly offered in association with Thrive IP®.Will is also highly engaged in the law of the sea and practices as a Proctor in Admiralty. Will’s admiralty practice extends to all aspects of maritime law including riparian rights; logistics and vessel ownership; marine insurance; vessel arrest and salvage; and maritime injury claims (including Jones Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers Act claimants and defendants). He acquired his J.D. Cum Laude from Charleston School of Law. A native of Philadelphia, PA, Will enlisted and served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Mechanical Operator. He spent several years as a nuclear test engineer before transitioning to a career in law.
