Will handled my relative's complicated estate over a period of months in 2015. I find him highly responsive, knowledgeable as to options available, and very pleasant to work with. I recommend him every chance I get.
Will has helped us on multiple occasions. He is very, very thorough with his work and does a great job explaining all the details. I reccomend him every chance I get.
Mr. Kirk has preformed several things for our family including wills and help with business contracts and he is always very professional and through. He has thought of angles and issues that never would have occured to me and I am confident we are well protected due to his efforts.
I have worked with Mr. Kirk many times over the last 16 years. He is very skilled at analyzing complicated and technical legal issues, and explaining them to clients with varying levels of backgrounds and sophistication. In addition to his estate planning expertise, he has practiced for many years representing business clients in complex transactions. Mr. Kirk also owned and operated his own business for many years, which enables him to understand the practical issues that affect his clients. These areas of practice and background combined, make him uniquely qualified to guide clients who have business interests which need to be considered in their estate planning. In my profession, I work with many different attorneys every year, and Mr. Kirk is the most responsible and capable attorney with whom I work.
