"A Blessing." Last Christmas, upon making the decision -albeit reluctantly- to seek legal counsel while continuing to deal with the cruel after-effects of my personal injury , I could never have imagined that these words would eventually appear on my radar. But upon meeting Mr. Keith they did. It began with his attentive Listening Ear. No question was considered annoying, stupid, illogical or inept. This receptivity revealed the essence of Team Keith... Beginning with an Angel who surely descended from Heaven named Yvonne who proceeded to sort, organize & structure the seeming chaos of my confusing, complex paperwork from hospitals, insurance companies & the dread Workman's Comp, this dear lady was the embodiment of personal professionalism; empathic, encouraging & affirming every step of the way. And once this cornerstone was firmly established, another amazing lady named Lori entered the infrastructure. A former police woman-now paralegal, Lori extended insights & assurance as the staging of the final act of advocacy began to unfold. The preparation for 'The Encounter' with 'The Defense' and its determination to demean & belittle was thorough to the point of Theatre! Yes, for me, the Pleading Plaintiff of almost a year ago, it's going to be a very Merry Christmas... Indeed, A Blessing! Thank you forever , Team Keith.

A driver hit me, broke my hip, and drove off. Mr. Keith promptly interviewed me in the rehab facility. His work was superb. I teach college and the brochure he sent the insurance company was more complete, better written, and more accurate than any work by my students. His careful, tireless, and patient work lead to a much more favorable outcome than I expected.
