I have hired Bill Hickman on a couple of occasions and will continue to use him in the future. He was my divorce attorney and he got me everything I asked for with no comprise (Including things other attorneys said weren't possible and wouldn't even try to get) and charged me less than other attorneys wanted as just a down payment. He answered all my questions and got back to me quickly when I had questions.

I was falsely accused in a small town in TN , My GF hired him at the time of my courtdate i was in mexico... He reset it , all charges dropped , & was very very reasonable. He deserves more than a 5 star

We did have to leave him messages a couple times but he got back to us quickly and answered our questions and kept us informed on what was going on in the case. Bill Hickman has only talked to his client 2 times in 61/2 months. He does not call, nor does he answer his phone, he doesn't answer postage mail or email. No matter who leaves a message he does not get back to you and does not communicate at all. We have to find everything out, by calling the court.

This attorney took our money and did nothing. Mr. Hickman charged us $2,500 showed up for one court date. The next court date the arraignment mr. Hickman showed up said we had to have $5,000 more and he didn't represent us left us hanging after promising in front of witnesses that he would work for us and if it went to the grand jury he will be with us he did not do that he didn't even have a file on our case all he had was a few notes on a piece of paper. My advice don't use this attorney he will take your money and leave you hanging.
