Mr. Hackett worked with me for a personal injury case over the course of a little over 2 years. Throughout the process he communicated everything with me very clearly, listened to my concerns, and showed a true interest in helping with my case. Mr. Hackett did great at trial, knew how to give the facts about my case to the court in a very effective manner. I had never been in anything more than traffic court before this incident, but Mr. Hackett made what could have been an overwhelming experience, a very manageable one.
I had gone my whole life without the need of legal counsel, like most folks, until one day it all changed. I contacted Mr. Hackett to seek advice regarding the possibility that I had become the victim of fraud. I could tell from the moment he picked up the phone that William was attentively listening to every detail. He took my case and we set a time to meet. Within a day of meeting face to face to turn over my written statement he called me back with an answer to every question I had. I was able to be listed as an official victim in an ongoing fraud investigation. While the case was still early in its stages I had a feeling of relief for the first time in months. William was able to layout, in great detail, all the steps the case would follow and all the possible outcomes; from most to least likely. His ability to speak in terms I could fully understand, even repeating things (sometimes multiple times) to allow me to educate myself to all the facts of my case was awesome. I noticed that he had a real passion for the law and also a willingness to connect with his clients. I certainly hope I don't need a lawyer but I have a real peace of mind knowing that he is just a call away.
