Attorney W. Kyle Guy is a  Massachusetts native, born in the historic North Shore port city of Newburyport. After graduating Newburyport High School (2003), I moved to British Columbia, Canada to attend school at the University of Northern British Columbia (Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Certificate in Public Administration, 2008). I returned to Massachusetts after college to attend law school at New England Law|Boston, formerly New England School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2011). During law school, I participated in both moot court and clinics in addition to regular classes. I was a two time member of the law school’s Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court team, where I was responsible for researching, writing and advocating positions on complex issues of public and private international law. Also while in law school, I participated in three of the law schools clinics gaining a wide exposure to and experience in (over 600 hours total)  a variety of distinct practice areas, including immigration, criminal and consumer protection among others. Further, prior to being formerly admitted to practice in Massachusetts on November 15, 2011, I was a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney for periods with such organizations as the Attorney Generals Office of Massachusetts, Public Protection and Advocacy Bureau – Consumer Protection Division and Committee for Public Counsel Services, Roxbury Defenders Unit. In my spare time, I enjoy being around friends and family.
