Bill was recommended to me by a business partner who I highly trust. After a timely and easy to schedule consultation (of which all of my questions were answered), I decided to hire Bill and his team to represent me, file, and walk me through my bankruptcy case. Honestly, I wish I made the decision sooner. I am so relieved to release the debt and burden I was carrying. Bill and his team were accurate, easy to communicate with, 100% reasonable, and I was left with zero shame or guilt about my decision. They did a thorough job and walked me through all of the steps. Of course I was also on top of gathering, and putting together all of the information they needed. The entire process could not have gone better, in my opinion. When honest people come together, work is done well and with precision. If you are an honest person looking to hire an honest lawyer who does a great job and knows his stuff inside and out, hire Bill!
I retained William Fennell during a very difficult time in my life in which I needed to do a BK. He was there by my side the entire way. Laurlene his paralegal couldn't have been more helpful and responsive to all my concerns and questions. Highly recommend William Fennell and his team.
Bill and Tiffany took on my vase and immediately set me at ease as to what was about to take place. Great communication and swift action. Thanks so much.
Bill Fennel helped me and my wife in two different bankrupt cases (my business and personal) and since the beginning his recommendations and time expectations were very close to the reality. He took the time to explained to us the options and potential outcomes and the results in both cases were very favorable to us. I really recommend Bill Fennel for a bankruptcy case. He really know the ins and outs.
Bill and his paralegal, Tiffany, were so great throughout the process of my bankruptcy. I felt Bill was very knowledgeable about both Chapter 7 & 13 filings and was thorough about ensuring I had all necessary paperwork and bank statements to complete the process. Both Bill and Tiffany were VERY responsive and timely when communicating with me which made me feel like they were on top of it and organized! I would definitely recommend Bill for anyone who is going through this tough and emotional process.
William Fennell and his team were fantastic in handling my legal case. Charles Bethel was excellent as well. Both were extremely thorough and professional throughout the whole process from start to finish. They were firm advocates for me and provided sound legal advice. I would highly recommend this law office without hesitation.
Mr. Fennell and his team helped us through a BK includeing dealing with the teamster union. We were very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended.
I am writing this review as his former client. He is one of the most unprofessional attorneys I've ever hired, and I have hired quite a few of them over the years in my business career. He seems to care the most about his fees, over his client's best interest. From the start, his firm repeatedly made the same mistakes on our Chapter 11 motion drafts that I had to ask him to correct. Then he insisted to use an auctioneer who is a good friend of his to conduct a sale of our assets to an affiliated company of ours, which would have costed over $100,000.00 in commission. I asked him to take another route, which he refused. He then quit on the spot. After we changed counsel, the new attorney was able to get the sale done without the use of an "auctioneer," which validates my doubt on why he insisted to use an aquainted auctioneer to charge us over $100,000.00 in fees. His firm made about $109,000.00 in fees in the span of a few months. As a result of a change in representation, we spent a lot of unnecessary legal fees to get the new attorney up to date on the case. At last, over a dispute on how his remainder $78,000.00 in fees (in addition to the $109,000.00), he asked the court to convert our case to a Chapter 7 just so he can get revenge. He even threatened to disclose attorney-client information if we didn't pay his remainder of fees in full.
