My practice is primarily in the area of environmental and land use law. I have experience in local, state, and federal land use planning and the associated environmental permitting.I negotiate environmental matters at the federal, state, and local governmental level and I represents clients before local government commissions, councils, and boards on land use and environmental issues.My litigation experience began from my years of practice in the military justice system and after retiring from active duty in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, I litigate primarily in the state courts of Florida.
