William Day was my first (and hopefully only) defense lawyer. He was incredibly patient (I had a lot of questions), knowledgeable, personable, and kept me informed down to the smallest detail without overwhelming me with information. We had a successful outcome in my case due to Mr. Days legal expertise and guidance. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
I was stopped in College Park Maryland at a sobriety checkpoint and blew a .18. I was referred to Bill from a friend. He explained the process to me and the defenses he would raise. He charged a reasonable flat fee that included the MVA hearing and trial. After the MVA hearing I was able to keep driving to work and school. The day of the trial the State did not have all of their witnesses so the Judge postponed the trial to a later date. Bill objected but the judge said it was excusable. He did not charge any more money for the additional court appearance. When the second trail date came around, the state was unable to prove their case and the charges were dismissed. Needless to say I was extremely pleased with the results.
