Will is the man! 100% recommend and I've dealt with a LOT of attorneys. I had a tricky real estate issue to resolve. I was referred to another Kansas City area law firm that ... tried... but ended up only billing hours for a failed attempt to negotiate with a builder that was trying to renege on a sales agreement and other responsibilities.
