Had a phone consultation about a used car dealership in Houston that branded the title on a car they sold to me 4 months after purchase (They held on to title for six months). He reviewed pay structure and told me he’d take the case. I sent over some paperwork and screenshots for evidence. It’s been a month, and I haven’t heard from him after multiple calls, texts, emails, etc. He was referred by a friend of a friend, so I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I even asked him to let me know if he didn’t want the case so I could move forward. He decided to waste a month of my life. If the case is important to you and you need thorough communication, I advise you find someone else.
