Unfortunately on a recent trip to Anchorage I was arrested for a DUI. I was referred to Whitney at Power and Brown. She was easy to get ahold of and she did a great job fighting for me. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend her.
Whitney was great about keeping me informed with every aspect of the case and she was there to walk me through everything that came up. She is patient and always finds an answer for our questions and concerns.
Whitney Power has helped my family for several years with multiple cases for various reasons. We continue to use Whitney because she is hard working, precise, and will fight for you. She fought for me and my case. She didn't give up and provided me with an excellent outcome. I am so grateful for all that she has done for me and my family.
Whitney was very helpful in assisting me with my case. She handled it with care, accuracy, and understanding as well as handled it in a timely matter.
Whitney Power is a licensed pilot. I consulted with her regarding one of my cases and she provided experienced, relevant information that greatly assisted me with the case.
Earlier this fall a situation presented itself with my son and the school district in which he was as a first year High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director. He over looked an eligibility matter as school Athletic Director that caused the high school football team to play an ineligible player and once discovered, he self reported the error. This was not received well what so every by the school, the coach and district office. The team was destined for the football playoffs and now, with this report, was compelled to forfeit games in which this player had played. This knocked the team out of the playoffs. The district administration conducted a shabby investigation and was ready to terminate my son as an employee and school AD as a way to pacify the community. Whitney worked tirelessly with my son to gain a separation settlement that satisfied both parties and preserve his young career in education. Today, my son is employed at a high school teacher in Oregon doing what he loves to do- teach kids.
