Additional practice areas include representation of commercial real estate owners and developers in transactional and title matters; commercial and residential landlord-tenant; commercial and retail collection litigation; along with estate planning, corporate formation and governance and NFA Firearm Trusts.  Licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Illinois, New York and Texas.Mr. Kozeny received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984, and his Juris Doctor degree in 1987, both from Saint Louis University.
