My practice focuses on estate planning, family business succession planning, retirement planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and probate and trust administration.  I also represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust disputes, and advise clients on a wide variety of estate, gift and income tax issues. I take the time to get to know my clients, allowing me to develop highly individualized solutions for them. My clients include owners of family controlled companies, professionals, individuals, trusts and estates, primarily in the Waukesha, Madison, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin areas.
