Likes to ask questions like what nationality are you?What nationality is the person you have a complaint against and depending what your nationality is whether or not she will help you. She is not a fan of other Latin cultures if they are not of her own kind. I am not in in a wheelchair but have a friend who's in a wheelchair and was treated horrendously by this woman as well so she is not good with people with disabilities. Too many stories I've encountered about this women that is not good.
