About

Upon graduating from law school, I was appointed Assistant Attorney General and Guardian Ad Litem Attorney before opening my own law practice in Tampa and Saint Petersburg. This experience has allowed me to handle a variety of cases, especially family law cases, from nearly every possible angle. I use this perspective to provide holistic assessments of family, injury to her clients, and I am able to communicate legal options and possible outcomes clearly and effectively. I am skilled communicator and I am always very honest with my clients about what they can expect. I can mediate divorce cases but I am a tenacious litigator with a wonderful track record. I am not afraid to go to court for my clients to fight for their rights. I have extensive knowledge and insight as to how the different courts in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough County, Florida operate and I am familiar with how the different Judges who work in these courts generally rule. This is an important aspect when it comes to dealing with my clients cases. Read  more client reviews on my website at http://wrdlaw.com/wendy-doyle-esq/. For more informaiton, please contact my law firm, Wendy Doyle Palumbo at one of two locations in Pinellas Park and Hudson, Florida. Had an amazing experience with Wendy. She was very knowledgeable in the law and took the time the epxlan and answer all my questions. I had an amazing outcome with my case and have already recommended her to a friend and she has won that case as well. Super pleased and if I ever need any other leagal representation she will be my first call.

I was referred to Attorney Dolye, by a good friend, who was looking out for my best interest. Attorney Doyle handled my child custody case in 2006. As a young man, in college, with a toddler, I realized that it was an overwhelming experience. Attorney Doyle was extremely helpful, and sat down with me in her office, on many occasions to fully explain all of the avenues that we could explore. I was completely satisfied with the outcome and felt that she genuinely cared for the well being of all parties involved. Not only was she practically therapeutically counseling me, as an overwhelmed, indecisive young adult. She was very informative and sincere. I also hired Attorney Dolye in 2008 for a child custody relocation case. The results were extremely satisfactory and the opposite party ended up having to pay for my court cost and attorney fees, because of Attorney Doyle’s professionalism, knowledge, and immediate responses to the opposing party within the courtroom. The end result, case closed. I always win, when I seek the counsel of Attorney Wendy Doyle esq. On a side note, I referred Attorney Doyle to my mother, to seek counsel regarding a divorce case in 2010. My mother was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and sincerity of Ms. Doyle. If I recall, she said that Ms. Doyle was a “tough cookie”. (I already knew this, who else would I want in court with me….?) It was handled in a timely fashion and my mother really enjoyed working with Attorney Doyle during that emotionally upsetting time in her life. ~~I am now referring a complicated family law case to you MS. Doyle. ~~ My long time friend and I will be contacting you tomorrow. I look forward to speaking to you. His case is very interesting and requires immediate attention. Over the many years, you have always been very good at keeping in touch with me. And I feel very comfortable bringing this very sensitive case to your office. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow. Thanks, Dave. P.S. – in regards to the fake anonymous post below. They are just writing hate mail, because…… they know how good you handle yourself in the court room. You can even ask the opposite party in the cases that you worked on for me. My child’s mother asked me if she could hire you for a case, with her new boyfriend. (regarding their children) Hmmmm “sorry, conflict of interest.” even the people you defeated in court want to hire you.

I retained Wendy Doyle in 2009 to help me navigate my divorce. Every step of the way - she coached me and helped me keep things in perspective. It really is a matter of trying to see the forest through the trees. Emotions make it nearly impossible, but Wendy helped me keep perspective. She listened to my concerns and informed me of every action and communication she was taking on my behalf. She is very focused and determined. She is a no nonsense attorney who fought for me and protected me when I felt too weary and overwhelmed by the divorce to fight for myself. Because of this experience with Wendy, I referred her to a dear friend who is also experiencing the stress of a divorce. As an outsider this time - I am witnessing how she handles my friend's concerns and anxieties. Not only is she helping my friend, but she is giving me advice on how I can be supportive as well. I am very grateful for her genuine interest in helping others and the compassion she has shown us. I have repeatedly recommended Wendy Doyle to those in need of a good attorney for Divorce or Family Law issues, and I will continue to do so.

Wendy is such an awesome lawyer and fights for what's right. She really helped out my friend with a seven year child support battle. Wish we would have known about her sooner. Thank you for such a great job we will definitely keep you as our lawyer :)

We hired Wendy for a child custody case and she promised us the world. She didnt return our calls or emails. I would email her 20 or 30 times before she would respond and then it wouldnt even answer my questions. She sent me 2 different invoices with different amounts on them and then tried to charge me for more services when I already had been harged for them. She hangs up the phone on you and is NEVER on time for hearings. I really thought she was there to help me but now I know she was all talk and no action. Dont hire her you wont get what you pay for.

This attorney charges $275 an hour to do absolutely nothing. She charges for responding to email communications when she does not actually respond as many times as she charges for it. I tried to get in contact with her several times and I would leave messages that she would not return the calls, and then by email and when she did rarely respond, like 1 in 20 times, she would always have spelling/grammatical mistakes in her messages, be very short with me, and would not even answer all of my questions, even though she was charging me the same for the response. I would ask for a face to face meeting, and she would tell me, after my 15 attempts to contact her without response, that it was not necessary. I paid this attorney to actually be an attorney and represent my best interests and to inform me/answer my questions, and I do not believe that I should be paying an attorney that doesn't do her job, and I have to remind her to do anything. She also has mood swings in the courtroom in front of the judge, I do not know if it was due to her personal matters or if it was because my ex hired a new lawyer that she was intimidated by. She makes promises that she does not keep, and from what other legal friends of mine have told me, she should not even be promising me anything. She sells herself as the type of lawyer that is a shark, someone who likes a fight, but when the fight comes to her, she is a coward and backs down. The only thing that she is interested in is getting her money one way or another, no matter the pitch she has to give or the lies she has to tell, with no regards for the severity of the situation to the client, to pay for kid and her horses and stables. Don't waste your money, time, or sanity even going to this attorney... she is not worth the free consultation.
