All this was to her was $$$$. She knew I had just gotten a workers compensation settlement and was determined she was going to use it up on my custody settlement. There were so many billing errors, it was unbelievable. After paying over $20,000 for a simple custody case that never got settled, I had to find another attorney. He settled it in a matter of two weeks. Now 13 years later, a little over $1000 that was in dispute in billing errors has come back to haunt me. She has once again turned me over to a collection agency. I keep telling her to take me to court but she knows I will win. So now I have this on my record again! She does not do what's best for the client. She does what's best for Wendy's pocketbook.
