I needed a QDRO executed as part of a divorce settlement. Wayne took care of it with a minimum of work on my part. It is obvious he is an expert. His responses to my emails all came the same day. Paper mail would arrive in 2-3 days. I received email updates and PDF scans of all proceedings promptly. Highly recommended.

Mr. Wayne E. Harris prepared and delivered a QDRO document incorrectly, dismissing pre-disclosed wishes and desires repeatedly, nor were they delivered in a reasonable timely manner. He made rude and disrespectful statements, utilized unprofessional language and comments to me via email, when I would ask for detailed answers to specific questions regarding my case....communication from him was sparse over the 22 months I worked with him (he took as long as 6 months to return a call/email/letter). I disclosed my goals and wishes verbally, in emails, and in writing, to Mr. Harris regarding QDRO Benefits/Survivorship decisions, and they were consistently dismissed and miswritten in drafts. He, in writing, would argue with my Pension decisions, which have relevance to my future finances, yet, he was concerned with my X-wife's Survivorship opportunities. I hired him to represent me. I hired Mr. Harris and paid him a total of $1,800 ($1,300 initial +$500), starting in 12/2016, to prepare 2 QDRO forms for me, and he initially stated it would take about 3 months to complete. Yet, the first QDRO took approximately 1.5 years to complete. The second QDRO, was prepared incorrectly twice, and with all the time used, making mistakes, he asked me for an additional $500 on 10/2017 stating the flat fee hours had been used up. After I paid the $500 I didn't hear from him for 6 months regardless of my repeated communication via phone, email, and letters. The second QDRO was rejected by the Masonry Trust Administration, because Mr. Harris delivered the paperwork missing critical "Disability" content required by the Masonry Trust Administration...the document was supposed to be a Disability QDRO.

Save yourself and find someone else to help you. Man was hired to do QDRO's. He can be rude and demanding about his billing. He billed me over and over when he was supposed to bill the other party. He has the worst bedside mannerism ever. I am a domestic violence survivor, After dealing with him, I feel violated all over, again.

I hired Wayne for my QDRO during a divorce. After I retired, I contacted him for questions about the settlement. He refused do discuss it with me, refused to allow me to retain him again to review the settlement and was extremely rude and arrogant. While we were still on the phone he told one of his associates that I "was as dumb as a rock" and that "my case was a nightmare". This man does not care about his clients, only their money. Never trust this guy to look out for your best interests. He simple doesn't care.

Wayne Harris provided a QDRO service for me back in 2012. He is incredibly abrupt, vague, and likes to run a treadmill business. Don't ask any questions, don't expect any answers, don't expect anything other than the bare minimum of service. That said, he did the job and succeeded, but I will never work with him again.

I used Mr. Harris to handle my QDRO in divorce settlement. I asked him to provide me the receipts or any supporting documents of the reimbursement items on his invoice. I think it is a legitimate request. He complained the request was tedious and called me nuisance. I was shocked when he threatened to file a civil claim against me if the bill is not paid in 10 days. However, the invoice says the bill is due in 30 days...
