Over the last thirty years, Mr. Edwards has represented developers in both acquiring the property and in obtaining the municipal approvals necessary to construct their projects. He also represents clients in leasing, and the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential properties.A resident of Merrick, Mr. Edwards is Counsel to New York State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. and a member of the Nassau County Republican Committee.Mr. Edwards holds degrees from Long Island University and the Washington and Lee School of Law, and is a member of the Nassau County and the New York State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
