Wayne was recommended to me by another personal injury attorney who wouldn't take my auto-accident case. My case was simple in that the defendant admitted to fault, yet due to interstate no-fault and other insurance-related conflicts, and tight timeframe, it was not straightforward. Also, the defendant was underinsured, yet Wayne respected my wish to not go after the defendant's personal financial resources. Wayne is personable and kept me informed every step of the way, always encouraged questions and answered them in a timely manner. An advantage is that Wayne had work experience on the insurance side and understood their process. The only downside is that Wayne is somewhat technology-challenged but that did not seem to affect my out-of-state communications with him or other case transactions. In the end, I believe that Wayne did what was necessary, even at his own expense, to reach a satisfactory and best outcome possible with the other party / insurance company. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.
I was recently involved in a complicated civil matter where my reputation and finances were at risk. Mr. Bradburn counseled me brilliantly through all the civil proceedings which ended in a no cost settlement me. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend him for any civil matter.
I contacted numerous lawyers after an accusation. Each wanted me to pay up front, wanted to end the free consultation as soon as possible or tried to scare me into signing up with them. Not Wayne. Wayne took the time to listen to me. He got me to calm down and tell my story. He explored all the options with me. Not to scare me into hiring him, but to know what I was up against. He outlined the best and worst case scenarios and the most likely outcomes. He made me informed of the processes and what would play out/what to expect. Wayne and his partner went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't thank them enough for all the guidance and effort they put into my case and to support my defense. If you are looking for some to help you out when you need it most, I highly recommend you start by giving them a call first and you will see exactly what I am talking about.
I needed an attorney that could get my public intoxication citation dismissed and 100% expunged from my record and Wayne did that for me. After his representation, I can say that he's an expert at anything alcohol related like my charge, especially at State College, PA. He'll tell you exactly what he can do for you and your chances at the outcome. He is professional, very intelligent, knows the systems, and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Wayne Bradburn.
My son got himself in a huge mess with drugs, driving illegally, and stealing. There was no way to make it all go away. Bradburn was on top of things and achieved the least adverse outcome for the situation. What our son did was inexcusable but Bradburn treated us all with respect and we worked through the ordeal. He went beyond the call of duty, even on weekends and was always prepared. And he was very reasonable with is fees. I know he put more time in than he fully charged to us. He is trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
Wayne Bradburn was an excellent attorney for my case. His price was very reasonable. I felt like he was always putting me first and he handled my case like it was his only one. He jumped through hoops for me and went extra miles to make sure my record stayed clean! He is one of the best in his field and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Penn State Area.
Wayne represented us and successfully defended us in a restitution case. Wayne listened and was "there for us", always demonstrating strong morals & ethics. He does his job very, very well and we highly recommend him!
Look, I'll make this simple...Call Wayne. Tell him about your case. If given the opportunity, HIRE him! OK, so you're here reading this because you're smart enough to know you need a lawyer, right? Great, but with so many lawyers in the area, how do you choose? Well, if you're like I was, then you've probably thought you should hire the lawyer with all those fancy ads or the most expensive lawyer you can afford because the more expensive the lawyer, then the better the result, right? Not so fast...I learned the hard way that's only half right -- the most expensive lawyers did indeed get a better result -- For Their Own Pocketbooks! But, while draining my bank account, these lawyers did not get a good result for my case or me! Then one day everything changed because I realized the most expensive lawyer isn't always the best. Guess what happened next? I started Winning! How did I start Winning? Simple, I met Wayne Bradburn. Wayne was able to get my case dismissed, hooray! But even if the results hadn't been as good as they were, I would've trusted the outcome because Wayne is actually honest and authentic. (imagine that--an honest lawyer!) A lawyer is someone who you have to be able to trust, especially when they have to tell you something that you really don't want to hear. I have really come to trust Wayne. He's extremely knowledgeable and talented. Wayne actually cares and will immerse himself into your case. I never thought I'd write a positive review for a lawyer but Wayne doesn't advertise (he just focuses on winning your case). So, I felt other people should know about this hidden gem--Wayne Bradburn. This is why, with confidence, I've referred my loved ones--family and friends, and everyone else I've met who needs an attorney to Call Wayne Bradburn. Highly recommended. In summary, need a lawyer? Call Wayne. Tell him about your case. If given the opportunity, HIRE him!
My god where do I begin. I screwed up really badly. Driving over 100 mph to see my gf whom I hadn't had a conversation face to face with in three months. I was pulled over and given two citations: careless driving which caries a 3 point penalty and a $90 fine; and a maximum speed limits ticket that carries 5 points and $255 fine. This was the second time in 10 months I had received a maximum speed limits ticket (I know, extremely stupid, and most would agree that what I was charged with was fair and perhaps not strict enough). As a 20 year old chemistry major, having over 11 points (which is what I would be looking at) means a suspension as well as most likely being dropped from the insurance company until my driving record was clear (12/3points per year + 1 year without any driving citation = 5 years till my slate is clean). That is simply a life changer. I'd have to look for new work, a new place to live and potentially a permanent bike route to school for 5 years. I hired Wayne, or should I say my father did. We went to court today and despite my driving history, the judge dismissed my careless driving charge along with reducing my speed to 30 mph over the limit. I still get 5 points but I avoided the departmental hearing associated with 31+ mph over. I now have 9 points on my lisence and will remove two with a point assessment examination. At 7 points it will take 3 years to have 0 points on my lisence and a fourth year to completely expunge my record. This is way better than I could have ever hoped!!! I seriously could not have done it without Mr. Bradburns help. He saved my ass and I'm confident, he can save yours too. For people worried about me being on the road: I recognize my carelessness and stupidity in this situation and have forfeited my right to drive unless in cases of education, employment or emergency. The rule of the 3 E's. Similarly the rule of the 7 P's applies not only to my driving offense but also to Mr. Bradburns methods: prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. I was ill prepared to pick my girlfriend up from the airport and resulted in me being extremely delayed and then speeding. Mr. Bradburn was extreme prepared for our court hearing This morning, he had collected enough facts and information, contactd the citing officer and got both of us there with plenty of time to work out some level of agreement before the trial started. If you're in need of a lawyer; perhaps you've done something a bit stupid and foolish, or you've majorly screwed up, Mr. Bradburn is exactly the person I would talk to first. I will be sure to use his services if ever needed in the future! For anyone else who has not been stupid and careless, take it from me: you may not realize but were not bad people. Some of us just have poor judgement at times. We honestly never have the intent of harming or scaring another person, on or off the road. For everyone who has done something careless and or stupid, take it from me: I understand. Wrong place, wrong time wrong day. But if you can help it, be safe. A stupid incident of speeding way too fast is not worth completely restructuring your life. And if you're going to be stupid and careless any way might I make 2 suggestions: be safe by getting the proper equipment to do what you're doing, and have a damn good lawyer who knows exactly what he's doing, like Mr. Bradburn. Thank you Mr. Bradburn, I am forever grateful and I hope our paths can cross in a less law heavy manner. You're truly a great lawyer and wonderful guy!
I would highly recommend Wayne Bradburn to defend you. I was charged with a DUI in PA in which the arresting officer lied on the police report and did not follow proper procedures. Most lawyers in the area basically said you won't win so I contacted Wayne and his partner Marc Decker from State College, PA and they were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Due to their due diligence and expertise my DUI was dropped completely and I only received a misdeamenor. Definitely recommend they are awesome and also keep you in the loop on your case. Very pleased! Thank you Wayne and Marc so much !
