It was an ordinance. This violated my freedom of speak. the First Amendment.Walter helped over turn this. The person who told my I could not speak, Mr. Degroot is now President in Mt. Pleasant of the trustees. Unreal. At least citizens can speak . thanks only to Walter. Note: this was on the books for 13 yrs.
