Wally took on my case even though many other attorneys declined to due to its complexity. I am forever grateful of the services he provided, because without his help, I wouldn't have been reunited with our daughters. Through the years, he has consistently shown himself to be a man of high integrity, honesty, and loyalty. He is very dedicated to his clients and has clearly demonstrated that he has their best interest at heart and that he genuinely cares. Furthermore, he has always responded to and filed necessary documents in a timely fashion, has kept me informed of strategies and communications, and has patiently answered any questions I had. He is very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable in his field. Finally, with that said, it is through his outstanding character and expertise that Wally has earned my complete trust. I highly recommend him.
Getting divorced by someone you love especially when that person’s life path is altered do to an addiction is a traumatic experience no matter your faith. Protecting ones young children from the devastating effects of this disease and the inherent turmoil and stress that a divorce inflicts on a family compounds that pain. Life requires choices and some of those will be the most difficult ones a person can ever embark on. When it comes to a divorce involving young children one has the choice of seeking all the monetary gain possible or being absolutely tenacious in protecting the children from all of the inherent trauma this portion of a family’s path endures, money be damned. The uphill battle I was willing to take required the absolute best attorney I could find. My ultimate goal was protecting our two young daughters from the rampant pain inflicted on the whole family that emanates from the inherent consequences of one inflicted with alcoholism and who choses divorce over family. Even though the judicial system is not supposed to be bias towards a fathers parenting rights and trying to protect his daughters in a divorce situation. Or the fact the judicial system should have no predisposition towards one who is a disabled American veteran and parenting rights, this was the scenario my family and I were confronted with. To succeed in the goal of providing all aspects of a stable environment for our two daughters and the understanding that the person on the other end of the divorce is somebody we all love required a very special attorney. We were able to find that gifted person in Walter Bauch. In my first interview with Wally he immediately understood that the only goal I had was the wellbeing of our children. The rest of the divorce logistics would take a back seat to this end. This is not to say that he did not exhaust all avenues of relevance to protect my rights and financial wellbeing. It was just that the priority had to be placed on our children. Wally was not the first attorney I had interviewed to represent me and my family nor was he the cheapest. What he did bring to the table was the wisdom knowledge and council to understand the dynamics of our complicated case and present that information precisely and succinctly to the judicial system. He understood that in some divorce cases the client always has and always will love the other spouse and the end goal is to provide the most stable environment possible for the young children under each client’s specific circumstances. In the end all of my goals were not only met but were exceeded. I would recommend Wally to anybody who has their family’s best interest in mind when saddled with the traumatic experience of a divorce. He will represent you to the fullness of his capabilities, which are numerous. He will give you and your spouse the respect and dignity you deserve. He will treat you as an equal, and in my opinion, provide you with the best legal counsel and service your money can buy. When faced with a divorce, if your goal is for the protection and wellbeing of your children, there is no one other than Wally Bauch to represent you that I could recommend. May God watch out for you during life's trials.
Extremely prompt when completing paperwork and replying to any email. I trust his judgement and he was always straightforward with me. Told me what was worth arguing about and what wasn't worth spending the money to argue about. Getting divorced was more expensive than I wanted it to be, but I'm glad I had competent representation, which probably saved me money in the long run. Now that the divorce is complete, I appreciate his services even more.
I learned the hard way that hiring the wrong family law attorney is both costly and aggravating. I hired Walter Bauch to fix the mess made by my original attorney and have used him for family law matters ever since with great success. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues as well, who have raved about their entire experience with Mr. Bauch as well as their own successes. His genuine concern and attention to detail made me feel like I was the most important client he had.
Wally is one of the most honest and Nobel persons I have ever known. He has an outstanding ability to communicate clearly his guidance and strategy. He is a person that believes in what is right. He is very intelligent and experienced as an attorney. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a trusted advocate that will support you and not his own agenda. He is committed to his clients needs and will work hard. He helped me and am forever greatful for his talents and abilities.
