Wade represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in state and federal court. Since joining Wyche in the fall of 2011, Wade has had extensive experience in high-stakes commercial litigation, handling cases for major national and international corporations involved in antitrust, breach of contract, and trade secrets disputes. Wade is also a member of Wyche’s Environmental and Sustainability team and a regular contributor to the blog Environmental Matters. Prior to joining Wyche, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ed Carnes on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Wade worked as an English teacher for six years before law school, and he maintains an interest in education and education law, writing two articles in the field and helping advise clients of Wyche's education practice group. Active in the community, Wade is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club and serves on the boards of the Carolina Youth Symphony, Friends of the Reedy River, and Greenville County First Steps.
