I specifically asked him to get me driving school so it wouldn't go on my driving record. He never even brought that up to the judge. He just took what the judge said. When I asked him about driving school after we walk out of court he rolled his eyes and said this isn't going to affect your insurance just pay the fine. Bottom line I had never been in an accident or gotten a reckless driving charge before. I've never needed a lawyer before. I was terrified and Mr. Piersall was not a good first time lawyer. I paid this man a lot of money expecting him to do what was best for me. He did what was best for his schedule that day because as soon as the case was over he talked to me for all of 3 minutes and was like see ya. He made $750 in one hour of sub par service. If you are a first timer I would find someone who isn't so busy to act like they care about what is going on with your case and how you're dealing with everything. I would not recommend him and if I ever need a lawyer again he will not receive my business. He also disputed my review but this case was at the Chesapeake Circuit Court in 2015.
