About
Over the last 44 years, I’ve built my practice with a very simple and straightforward objective and goal, which was to provide the best legal service and results while still treating each and every client as an important, special, and unique individual. In 1971, I saw a need for strong representation for people who were injured in various types of accidents including automobile, motorcycle, truck, uninsured motorists, dog bites and pedestrians. I want our law firm to give the average person who has been injured due to the negligence of someone else the opportunity to have the best legal representation without regard to their personal ability to pay. I strive to provide that help in a personal and caring way. I believe everyone should be treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. I firmly believe in the old saying, ‘When the going gets tough, the tough get going.’ I understand that it takes more than just knowledge of the law to win. It takes compassion for you and a passion for success. It takes a lawyer who truly believes in what he/she does. One who refuses to be intimidated.

Vincent Trantolo is by far the most Professional attorney I have ever met. He is an extremely caring man that has kept me informed throughout the entire process. He is very Knowledgeable when it comes to Personal injury cases and has done a fantastic job for me. I would Highly recommend Vincent Trantolo to anyone I know
In January of 2006, my husband was intentionally shot by our neighbor. Why? We still do not know. The healing process was, and still is, difficult. While my husband lay in bed at Hartford Hospital, after his second surgery, I knew he would need an attorney. We'd never used any legal services before therefore it was like finding a needle in a haystack. I used to think any legal services that advertised on television were just "ambulance chasers". I was wrong. I had seen Vincent's advertisements many times, and there was just something about him .... calming voice ... looked and sounded intelligent .... genuine smile? I had no idea who to call but in our time of need, I knew we needed strong representation. I called the number in the phone book for Attorneys at Law and found Trantolo & Trantolo. I believe it was after hours ... to my surprise I received a return call THAT night! One of Trantolo's very special attorneys came to the hospital the next day, explained the firm's history and beliefs, listened very intently to my husband's story and agreed to take the case. The next week, after my husbands life appeared to be stable, our oldest son and I went to the office on Russ Street for a meeting. From the moment we walked into the office in the brownstone which was so beautifully remodeled, I knew this was the correct move. The receptionist made sure we were comfortable, meeting all our needs, checking in with us often. To our surprise, during the meeting Vincent walked into the room, introduced himself and sat in on our discussion. When we were done talking and after Vincent listened in amazement, he decided he would be first seat in the case. I was truly amazed that such a busy person, one who had obviously represented many more important cases, chose to take this one. The process was long and hard. Sitting in on the depositions was probably the hardest thing for me to do. My husband had gone to one and decided it was like living that day all over again. He wanted nothing to do with the depositions, unless it was absolutely necessary for him to be there. I would attend every one I could and brought home the information to my husband. Vincent, and often times his son Keith, prepared me for what was going to happen making sure I completely understood. They instructed me to "not make any comments or say anything" to the opposing side. That was very difficult for me as I am normally a vocal person and angry as I was. Their representation was extremely thorough; the research his staff had done was incredibly detailed. There were many meetings with and without the other lawyers. I would walk out very confused many times but Vincent or Keith made sure I understood before I left. When it was finally over we were able to take a deep breath. We are still in the healing process, even after 9 years. Every once in awhile, we will receive a card or telephone call from the firm "just checking in". I have recommended this firm to several friends in need. They feel the same was we do ... and thanked me for sending them Trantolo and Trantolo and the other special people at the firm. Thank you Vincent and Keith Trantolo.
