As the firm's senior trial attorney, I have developed a diverse civil litigation practice in state and federal courts.  With over thirty-five years of experience representing clients in a wide range of business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, commercial property management, land use litigation, probate litigation, commercial blasting litigation and regulation, bankruptcy litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, personal injury litigation, and litigation involving partnerships and stockholders. My practice includes regular lectures for professional and trade organizations on litigation topics and I have published several articles on litigation in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and co-author the Litigators' Blog that features monthly articles on current litigation topics.
