He had his staff to include the verbiage in the decree and he charged additional funds to execute the request. However, in court, the judge did not grant my request because she said that the Attorney did not file the necessary 'Affidavit' required. After court, I confronted Mr. Ndukwe about his error thinking that he would simply inform me that he would correct his error; in turn he became verbally abusive, extremely irate, downright insulting and very unprofessional. Then he processed to tell me that he would correct HIS error for additional $1000.00 (which was 2 times the original amount that I paid him for the request) which was never executed. He put on this show in his office lobby very loudly and in front of his staff and other clients. The entire operation was unprofessional. I would never recommend this Attorney.

My x is a millionaire I am not but Vincent won anyway!

Run, run, and keep running. This lawyer is a nightmare. I used him for my divorce and he made things up to get money from me. He then asked me to lie in court to get double that money from my ex. His Hispanic secretary harassed me to the point of depression. He was rude and awful in court whenever he was on time. I ended up firing him and settling with my ex's attorney. Worst attorney ever!!!! Save your money and your dignity. Horrible!!!!!

The most important detail that I repeatedly discussed with this Attorney and his office staff was that I wanted my last name to remain as it was prior to the marriage (my former name, which I never changed after the marriage) so in other words, I wanted to be sure that the courts recognized that my last name was and had always been my former last name and I wanted to see that fact mentioned in the decree. He had his staff to include the verbiage in the decree and he charged additional funds to execute the request. However, in court, the judge did not grant my request because she said that the Attorney did not file the necessary 'Affidavit' required. After court, I confronted Mr. Ndukwe about his error thinking that he would simply inform me that he would correct his error; in turn he became verbally abusive, extremely irate, downright insulting and very unprofessional. Then he processed to tell me that he would correct HIS error for additional $1000.00 (which was 2 times the original amount that I paid him for the request) which was never executed. He put on this show in his office lobby very loudly and in front of his staff and other clients. The entire operation was unprofessional. I would never recommend this Attorney.

After court, I confronted Mr. Ndukwe about his error thinking that he would simply inform me that he would correct his error; in turn he became verbally abusive, extremely irate, downright insulting and very unprofessional. Then he processed to tell me that he would correct HIS error for additional $1000.00 (which was 2 times the original amount that I paid him for the request) which was never executed. He put on this show in his office lobby very loudly and in front of his staff and other clients. The entire operation was unprofessional. I would never recommend this Attorney.

In my case, this Attorney was paid for an annulment case. This was a simple annulment, as we had only been married for about 8 months, no children of the marriage, no co-existing property- simple and straight forward, just marriage dissolution. The most important detail that I repeatedly discussed with this Attorney and his office staff was that I wanted my last name to remain as it was prior to the marriage (my former name, which I never changed after the marriage) so in other words, I wanted to be sure that the courts recognized that my last name was and had always been my former last name and I wanted to see that fact mentioned in the decree. He had his staff to include the verbiage in the decree and he charged additional funds to execute the request. However, in court, the judge did not grant my request because she said that the Attorney did not file the necessary 'Affidavit' required. After court, I confronted Mr. Ndukwe about his error thinking that he would simply inform me that he would correct his error; in turn he became verbally abusive, extremely irate, downright insulting and very unprofessional. Then he processed to tell me that he would correct HIS error for additional $1000.00 (which was 2 times the original amount that I paid him for the request) which was never executed. He put on this show in his office lobby very loudly and in front of his staff and other clients. The entire operation was unprofessional. I would never recommend this Attorney.

This is the worst lawyer I have ever been in contact with. Paid money and GOT NOTHING. Then find out he should never have taken my money conflict of interest and has already been disciplined for this previously.. REALLY!

i was told when i first started that i should pay for a contested divorce and if it wasnt actually contested i would be refunded this money, it wasnt and he didnt. Calling him to talk was impossable he was NEVER available and always got the run around be secretaries that NEVER had answers! when i did finally get to court only to get divorce it was because my ex never answered when he was suppose to. A month later when I called to see how the paper work was going on my QDRO, i got the standard "we will get back to you on that" another week goes by i call again, same answer....after several weeks go by of the same thing I get a woman on the phone who then tells me they didnt know i wanted one!! I inform her it is on my origanal paper work and was paid for and agreed upon what I was going for in my divorce. She calls me back telling me they are looking for my paper work and would let me know when they find it. After weeks and finally months of this I get a call stating they still couldnt find my paper work and then asked for more money to do the QDRO in the same breath! wow, I could not believe they were asking for more money for something I had already paid for and telling me they still had not been able to find my paper work! After taking this for so long I had enough and hired a real lawyer to finish the job, and do you know I still check with them from time to time and they are STILL looking for my paper work! So I say to anyone who needs a lawyer, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! Nothing but disappointment and let down!

Vincent may be stubborn and hard to catch up with in the past.However,I have had no problems .He did my divorce and now he got me physical custody of my kids.I only asked for one of my kids but he got me both plus child support.No matter his past he get the job done!

I have been through 4 custody battles with my x husband and have had numerous atty.'s who have taken my money and did nothing but make things worse. Vincent is the most sincere trustworthy forceful get things done kind of guy. This is what I needed and he has saved my family my children from a horrible fate. My x is a millionaire I am not but Vincent won anyway!

Run, run, and keep running. This lawyer is a nightmare. I used him for my divorce and he made things up to get money from me. He then asked me to lie in court to get double that money from my ex. His Hispanic secretary harassed me to the point of depression. He was rude and awful in court whenever he was on time. I ended up firing him and settling with my ex's attorney. Worst attorney ever!!!! Save your money and your dignity. Horrible!!!!!

This guy is a total joke. Do NOT ever hire him for anything. I was just involved in a 2 day jury trial where he was the lawyer for the plaintiff and luckily I was one of the defendants. I say lucky because that means he was not MY lawyer. He does not know what he is doing, does not have command of the english language. He was rude, argumentative (more than a lawyer needs to be). Even the jury was laughing at him. It was a case that never should have be brought to trial, and the jury saw it that way. But it did not stop him from taking money from his client to put on a joke of a trial.
