I believe that traditional litigation is not always the best approach in family law cases. There are cases that require litigation, however, families and parties who wish to remain friends after divorce often do better with the collaborative approach where, with the help of their attorneys, they work toward a resolution that works for all parties involved. My goal is to help people with their legal problems, not create additional problems.
