His experience encompasses all aspects of patents, from writing patent applications to licensing to major litigation. Randy’s practice is primarily directed towards the strategic creation and development of patent portfolios, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, and patent analysis and enforcement in both right-to-use and litigation contexts.
