O was misled from the start went from substantial case to being told I was not eligible for compensation for my injuries or pain and suffering. Attorney told me I could not sue the responsible party or insurance. His office did not send invoices to insurance for payment, resulting in higher balance that I am responsible for. Told third parties case was settled,even though I knew nothing about it and had not settled anything. Did not listen to my concerns, then was told he does not deal with the financial aspects of case. Unprofessional, no communication unless imitated by me and no over-sight on case.

Don't use this guy for anything legal. He is incompetent, unknowledgeable and just a terrible lawyer. I hired him to represent me and my son who was severely injured and had a traumatic brain injury. He never contacted me about anything, I always had to make the contact. He basically forgot to file the case with the court and our time to sue the other party expired. Then he filed the case under my son's name with out telling us, with out explaining what happened, without any communication of any kind. He hid the fact that he messed the lawsuit up and forced us into a quick settlement negotiation. During that negotiation meeting he tried to get my son to settle for $10,000. My son's case is now with another lawyer and it will settle for nearly a million dollars. Wamsley did not care about the extent of my son's injury or the fact that he will be disabled for life, he only cared about getting his money. Do not waste your time on this guy!
