We were so very pleased with Catherine Swiniarski and her team. They are very knowledgable of the subject matter and worked with us in a very professional, respectful and courteous manner in accomplishing our necessary goals. Their knowledge of elder law, and in particular filing medicaid applications far exceeded any other source we were able to draw upon. I would highly recommend Ms. Swiniarski's firm.

Catherine did an irrevocable trust for our family farm. It was difficult at first for my husband to accept the whole process, but through Catherine's professionalism and warm and caring personality, it got done to everyone's liking. Our three children are especially grateful to Catherine and her team for securing our farm for future generations. All of us would definitely recommend Catherine to anyone seeking a very professional, competent, and compassionate lawyer. She is a wonderful person, and all of our family enjoyed working with her.

Catherine helped me process the request for Medicade assistance for my mother. She took a complicated process and made it easy to understand and was there to help me when I hit snags in getting all the data compiled.

After a difficult loss of an appeal to a Government agency with another Law firm, I turned to Catherine Swiniarski and her firm for advice. She personally contacted me with all my options and reassured me during the asset planning maze with absolute professionalism. I am in California but my case was in the Omaha courts system. She and her staff made it seem as if they were just down the street. They gave me options and allowed me time to make an informed decision which has resulted in saving a substantial amount of assets. Without her and her associates guidance, we would have lost everything. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who has elder law issues. They are true experts and it is obvious from the first phone call.

Our father has had diabetes type 1 since he was in his late twenties. Over time that takes it toll on the mental and physical health of everyone involved. Being divorced and living alone it was time to look into better living conditions. We found Catherine online and after one phone call and the initial meet and greet we knew she was perfect for our family. From the second you speak with her, you know she cares about what she does and she researched every avenue. We were able to avoid Medicaid and move our father into a great place in our home town for assisted living. He is 65 years old and has not worked due to circumstances resulting from diabetes. We went into the meeting not knowing anything about Medicare or Medicaid and what he was eligible for. She did everything from phone calls to research to making sure his finances were protected along with his needs. It was a very easy process. She kept us informed every step of the way and took any phone calls with questions we had. He is now receiving veterans benefits (which Catherine was able to find this out for us) and living in a very wonderful assisted living home. He is happy and healthier than he has ever been. She made this all happen by helping us go through the transition. Without her we would not have know about veterans benefits or how to even begin protecting him and his rights. It has been one year, and in that time I have contacted her with additional questions for the renewal and she is always available to help us. My siblings and I were raised by our single father and can not be any more pleased with finding someone like Catherine to walk us through this. Financially, we were completely satisfied with her fees. We don't like to discuss how much services cost and such but after everything that Catherine did, we would have paid 10 times as much. 100% happy with her office and her and her care. She really does care about the families and individuals needing her help.
