Ursula did the impossible for my son. My daughter was killed in a car accident and she was able to get him released for the funeral. She went above and beyond for my family. I could not have laid my daughter to rest without my son, my only child now. I will forever be grateful to Ursula for what she did for us. Extremely unprofessional... from the beginning, I had a feeling she did not have my husband's best interest at heart. She showed up late to the hearing without a phone call or email. When she rushed in, she had no idea who her "client" was, mistook him for someone completely different, different name, different citation. Because of her disorganized nature, she went into the hearing not fighting for the best interest of my husband, therefore making him settle for the worst. This happened a couple years ago, and is STILL a major heartache and burden on our family until October of this year, God willing. Over charged for zero defense.
